• 330 sqft. with up to 4 walk-in bedrooms in addition to a lounge, a galley and a dry bath with a large shower
• Safely transports up to 6 with seat belts and sleeps up to 10 in 5 rooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds
• Comfortably accommodates a family of 6 with a separate room for the parents and each of the children to sleep in
• Fully functional in its retracted configuration as a self-contained motorhome with all the amenities readily accessible
• All the furniture and appliances shown below can be stored inside the motorhome in its fully retracted configuration.

• 18.7' x 7.9' x 10.8' (5.7 m x 2.4 m x 3.3 m) on a Ford Transit van chassis with 138" WB and 6,461 lbs. max. payload
• 20.0' x 19.7' x 16.5' (6.1 m x 6.0 m x 5.0 m) in its fully expanded configuration with the rear entry steps extended
• Similar in length to Tesla Cybertruck (18.64'), Chevy Suburban (18.90') and Rolls-Royce Phantom SWB (18.93')

• A prototype will be built on a 19.4' (5.9 m) Iveco Daily 65C chassis with 135.8" WB and 9,381 lbs. max. payload.
• This is a powerful and widely available chassis that fits the Van Mansion design but it is not available in the US.
• Another prototype may be built on a 20.5' (6.25 m) Sprinter chassis with 144" WB and 7,506 lbs. max. payload.
• The additional length will allow for more storage as well as a larger fridge and work surface and larger rooms.
• The higher max. payload will allow for larger holding tanks and more passenger and cargo carrying capacity.
